Are your toppers made out of stainless steel,aluminum or acrylic?TOP The metal toppers are made out or lightweight aluminum that have removable prongs. The acrylic toppers are made out of mirrored or colored and do not have a removable set of prongs.
Are your toppers heavy?TOP No, they weigh approximately 0.50-2.0 oz. which is rather
light for most embellished toppers. So there is no
worries if the topper is going to sink into your cake.
What if I can't decide on what color crystal to choose? TOP This is the most frequently asked question
and our answer is simple, go with Crystal Clear (diamond like). It's
timeless, elegant, exquisite, photographs well, reflects
light and other colors near it beautifully for a
wonderful effect.
Can I have more than one crystal color?TOP Yes. The cost is $7 extra dollars per color.
Do you do Custom orders?TOP Of course! If you have a special shape, font or theme you are using throughout your event, we can recreate it. There may be a fee depending on what you request. Justcontact usand we can go from there.
Can I choose a font that is not listed on your site that I saw somewhere else?TOP The fonts we have listed are the most popular, however if
you like a different font contact us to arrange transfer of the font file and we can
do it for you at no additional cost.
Can I display my topper after my event?TOP Yes! The prongs are removable on the metal cake toppers.
I'm not sure what size topper i need?TOP We work closely with our local bakeries and have found that the 5 inch cake topper is best suited for a 5-6 inch top tier. If your tier is smaller than 5-6 inches a 3-4 inch cake topper is recommended.
How does the topper stand on the cake?TOP The metal toppers have removable prongs that can be cut with wire cutters. The acrylic toppers have acrylic prongs.
Can I make changes after I place my order?TOP Font and topper height changes are not possible once payment has been received since the cutting of your topper has begun. Crystal color changes may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you'd like to change your colors please contact us.
Can I see my topper before I order?TOP We can do a digital black and white mock up which will be emailed to you. We can not create your custom piece for you to view before payment has been made. Please contact us for more information.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?TOP Since all toppers and gifts are custom made there are no
returns, so please take care when ordering and consider
all sales final. Please see our Policy page for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?TOP Due to the nature of these items, once your order is placed and paid for production begins, therefore we cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment. Please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.
What payment methods do you accept?TOP We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Google Checkout. If you do not have a credit or debit card we accept Money Orders. Please note that if you pay with a Money Order processing and production time will be delayed 7-10 business days.
Do you accept deposits or partial payments?TOP Due to the custom nature of these items, payment must be made in full before we can start production on your items. There are no exceptions.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?TOP Yes we ship to Canada. Please contact us for International Shipping quotes before placing order. Customer is responsible for any import/customs taxes.
