    What is your wait time for cake toppers and accessories? top

    *Crystallized and or Pearled toppers ship in 25 business work days. Plain toppers and accessories ship in 15 business work days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  It is a labor intensive process and we want to make sure that we do each step just right so that we can produce a beautiful, high quality product.     Do you carry items in stock? top

    *We do not carry items in stock. All of our toppers and accessories are custom made to order.

    I need my topper in less than 15 or 25 business work days, can you help? top

    Yes, you can choose when you want your topper shipped on the ordering page.

    I placed a Rush Service order what does that mean? top

    *Orders are handled as a first come first served basis. Our lead time for production is 25 business work days for crystal toppers or 15 business work days for non-crystallized toppers or accessories. Placing a Rush Service order means that your event is sooner than what our production time allows, therefore your order has been placed as a priority on our list and has been moved to the top of all the other orders that were placed before yours. 

    Are your toppers heavy? top

    *No, they are made out of light-weight acrylic. They are only 0.5-3oz depending on your selections, so there is no worries if the topper is going to sink into your cake.

    What are your toppers made out of? top

    *We only use food grade 1/8" acrylic  or 1/4" heat pressed acrylic (plastic material). Acrylic is great because we can offer many more color choices for added depth to your custom topper. 

    What if I can't decide on what topper color or crystal color to choose? top

    *This is the most frequently asked question
    and our answer is simple, go with Silver Mirror Crystal Clear (diamond like). It's
    timeless, elegant, exquisite, photographs well, reflects
    light and other colors near it beautifully for a
    wonderful effect.

    Can I have more than one crystal color? top

    *Yes. The cost is $7 extra dollars per color.

    Do you do Custom orders? top

    *Absolutely! If you have a special shape, font or theme you are using throughout your event, we can recreate it.  There may be a fee depending on what you request. Just contact us and we can go from there.

    Can I choose a font that is not listed on your site that I saw somewhere else? top

    *The fonts we have listed are the most popular, however if
    you like a different font contact us to arrange transfer of the font file and we can
    do it for you at no additional cost. Please note some fonts may be altered in order to fit correctly on the cake and or for stability.

    Can I display my topper after my event? top

    *Yes! Our acrylic cake toppers cake pick is technically not removable, however you can score and snap it off with a plexi cutter knife you can find at any craft or hardware store. 

    I'm not sure what size topper I need? top

    *We work closely with our local bakeries and have found that the 5 inch cake topper is best suited for a 5-6 inch top tier.  If your tier is smaller than 5-6 inches a 3-4 inch cake topper is recommended, if your top tier is 7-9 inches then a 6 inch cake topper is recommended. We highly suggest that you speak with your cake designer so you know exactly what to order. Visit here for a comparison chart.

    How does the topper stand on the cake? top

    *There are stakes attached to the topper that stick into the cake.

    How long are the cake picks? top

    *The picks are 2-2.5" long depending on the topper design.

    How wide are your monogram toppers? top

    *All of our toppers are custom made so that they do not hang over the edges of the cake. Depending on what size you order it will always be 4.75" for the 5", 5.75" for the 6" etc. 

    Can I make changes after I place my order? top

    *Font and topper height changes are not possible once payment has been received since the cutting of your topper has begun.  Crystal color changes may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you'd like to change your colors please contact us.

    Can I see my topper before I order? top

    *You can view what your letter may look like by using our Font Previewer Tool.  We can not create your custom piece for you to view before payment has been made. 

    Do you have a return or exchange policy? top

    *Since all toppers and accessories are custom made to order there are no returns, so please take care when ordering and consider all sales final. Please see our Policy page for more information.

    What is your cancellation policy? top

    *Due to the nature of these items, once your order is placed and paid for production begins, therefore we cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment.  Please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.

    What payment methods do you accept? top

    *We accept Visa, MasterCard and all debit cards.

    Do you accept deposits or partial payments? top

    *Due to the custom nature of these items, payment must be made in full before we can start production on your items.  There are no exceptions.

    Where are you located? top

    *We are internet based company in the United States that ships all over the world. To keep our prices extremely affordable for our customers we are an internet only company, we may have a storefront in the future.

    Do you ship to Canada or Internationally? top

    *Yes we ship Internationally. Please select Outside of USA for International shipping at checkout. For more information please visit this here

    How will I know when my order has shipped? top

    *You will receive a shipment notification email. Please check your spam folder for your shipment notification email as they are sometimes automatically sent there. You can also view additional shipping questions here.

    Why is my tracking number not updated? top

    *We ship USPS. Even though it is called Track and Confirm the "Tracking Number" you received is only a Delivery Confirmation number. That means USPS only has to scan your package upon delivery unlike FedEx or UPS which scans at every destination point. You can also view additional shipping questions here.
