What does my order mean?
 
On Order - Your order has been placed, going through verification and is getting ready for production.
 
Processing - Order is currently in production per our production time guidelines and cannot be changed. Upgrades may be possible, please contact us for a possible upgrade.
*Business work days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays that may fall on a week day your order will ship on the next business day.
 
Back Ordered -  We are waiting for one or more items to complete your order.
 
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled due to the following reasons:
-Credit Card was declined
-Event date does not allow adequate production time due to our policy. 
A notice has been sent via our system to let you know your order was cancelled and your card has not been charged.
 
Shipped - Your order has shipped. You have received a shipment notification email with tracking. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for Stamps.com email to be delivered, be sure to check your spam folder for this notice.
 
*You can view the status of your shipped package by clicking  your delivery confirmation number on the shipment notification email you received from Stamps.com or by entering your delivery confirmation number on the USPS website.
