Refund/Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE your monogram crystal initial cake topper and accessories! Please make sure that the fonts and colors you selected are to your liking prior to placing your order. Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not give refunds unless we have made an error. If your topper is defective or the topper or accessory you receive is different from what you selected (letter, font, or color) we will make every effort to correct the custom piece at no additional charge as long as time permits. In cases where we run the risk of missing your event date, we will at our discretion offer a full refund (price of the topper and or accessory only, less shipping). Refunds can only be issued after we have received the return. Additionally, the return must be approved and received by us before your event date and no later than 3 business days after delivery. Please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.

Cancellation
Due to the nature of these items, once your order is placed and paid for production begins, therefore we cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment. Shipping/Rush Shipping
Please allow 10-20 business days for shipping. There is a flat rate of $9.95USD. In the event that your package is damaged we cannot replace your items free of charge. Insurance is an additional $3USD we encourage purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. For International shipping there is a flat rate of $30USD for priority shipping 6-10 business days. International Customers are responsible for any import/customs taxes.

For Rush Shipping there will be an additional fee of $28USD that will be added to your checkout total, insurance is included in that price. Rush shipping is only available for the cake toppers made out of acrylic and all other accessories. Rush orders MUST BE APPROVED. Please allow 7-14 business days for Rush shipping orders. If you feel that we may miss your event please do not place an order as we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time. Please contact us for Rush Shipping Approval. Credit/debit card payment is only accepted for rush orders. Rush shipping not available for International orders.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Google Checkout. If you do not have a credit or debit card we accept Money Orders. Please note that if you pay with a Money Order processing and production time will be delayed 7-10 business days. Please contact us if paying by money order an invoice will be issued to you. Money orders are not accepted for Rush Shipping orders.
