Please make sure that the size, fonts and colors you selected are to your liking prior to placing your order. If your topper or the accessory you receive is different from what you selected (letter, font, size or color) due to our mistake, we will make every effort to correct the original order at no additional charge as long as time permits, substitutions are not allowed. In cases where we may run the risk of missing your event date for a redo, we will at our discretion, offer a refund (price of the topper and or accessory only, less shipping) and your order must be approved, returned and received by us before your event date indicated on the order when placed or no later than 7 business days after delivery. Due to the fragile nature of our products insurance is available and we encourage selecting the insurance option as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event that your package or the contents of the package are damaged we cannot replace your items free of charge. We are not responsible for ordering mistakes or dissatisfaction with any of your choices. Please understand that we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. We cannot control the actions of any delivery service used once your package has left our facility. All inquiries on delivery should be directed to the post office/service, you have been provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. Orders that are refused by the customer and sent back as "Refused, Return to Sender" will not qualify for a refund due to the custom nature of our products. By purchasing from our store it means you have read and understand what our products and policies are. Please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.
Due to the nature of these items, once your order is placed and paid for production begins, therefore we cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment. All toppers and accessories are custom made there are no returns, so please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.
Shipping/Rush Service Orders
Crystallized/Pearl toppers ship in 25 business work days. Non crystallized toppers and or accessories ship in 15 business work days. This is not delivery, just shipment of the topper. Business work days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Transit times vary between 2-3 business work days. If accessories are ordered at the same time as a crystal or pearl topper, the accessories will ship at the same time the crystal or pearl topper is ready to ship unless otherwise noted, two shipping charges will be incurred if items need to be shipped separately. In the event that your package or the contents of the package are damaged we cannot replace your items free of charge. USPS insurance option is available and we encourage selecting the shipping insurance option as we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages incurred by USPS.
We offer a few different Rush Service options that can be found on the ordering page. This is NOT overnight or express shipping. A Rush Service Order means your order has been placed as a priority and bumped to the top of our production list ahead of all the other orders placed before yours in an effort to get your order shipped on time for your event. All custom orders are carefully hand crafted and created to your specifications and require a certain amount of production time. We work on the Business Day calendar, business days do not include weekends, or holidays that may fall on a weekday. Please understand that we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. If you feel that we may miss your event please do not place an order as we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time due to circumstances that may be out of our control. We accept Rush Service orders at our discretion and reserve the right to not accept the order.
International Orders ship First Class. Transit time is 4-6 weeks. Please note time spent in customs and the required time for production on your custom order is not included in the transit time. We cannot be responsible for possible taxes that may be incurred and customer will be responsible. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. International orders do not qualify for Rush Service as transit/customs may be longer than expected.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure there is adequate time for the order to be custom produced and shipped per our production and shipping policy, calendar and calculation tools have been provided on this website. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for shipping address errors created by the customer. We are not responsible for ordering mistakes, typos, incorrect event dates or dissatisfaction with any of your choices.
