Problem with my order
Q: It's been 25 or 15 days where is my order?
A: Production time is 25 or 15 business days, not delivery. Transit is 2-7 days. We work on business days only, Monday through Friday. When estimating your shipping date please keep in mind that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or any holiday that may fall on a week day. You can check the Expected Ship Date by using our Order Status tool.
Q: It's been 3 days since my order shipped and it's still not here, why?
A: When you received your shipment notification email, it says Delivery Est. 1-3 days. That is only an estimate, it can actually take up to 7 days for delivery.
Q: My tracking number says shipper has notified USPS of shipment, and nothing else, why?
A: Even though it is called Track and Confirm the "Tracking Number" you received is only a Delivery Confirmation number. That means USPS only has to scan your package upon delivery unlike FedEx or UPS which scans at every destination point.
Q: I received my order and it arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: We try our hardest to provide the ultimate protective wrapping for your order, unfortunately damage does sometimes occur during transit. If you selected the shipping insurance option at checkout please contact us with your order number. We will file a claim on your behalf and remake your exact order at no cost to you time permitting. If you did not select the shipping insurance option we cannot remake your order free of charge, you must purchase another topper and or accessory. Q: I received my order and it's the wrong order, what do I do?
A: We strive to provide excellent customer service, however mistakes do happen. Please contact us and let us know that your order is wrong and we will fix it at no cost to you time permitting.
