Please read this important information regarding your Rush Service Order:

 -A Rush Service Order means your order has been placed as a priority and bumped to the top of our production list ahead of all the other orders placed before yours in an effort to get your order shipped on time for your event. It does NOT mean Overnight or Express shipping. All custom orders are carefully hand crafted and created to your specifications and require a certain amount of production time.

Rush Service Orders ship within 7-14 business days with a 2-3 day transit time. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or any holidays that may fall on a weekday.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notification email with shipping information. 

If you have not received your shipment notification email after the 14th business day please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it please contact us and we will forward it to you after the 14th business day has passed.

When placing a rush service order you mush select Rush Service at checkout for the $28 rush fee to make your order a top priority.

By placing an Approved Rush Service Order you understand and agree to our Shipping/Policy terms.
